2. “Pharmaceutical Company Terms of Use”

By using our website or services, you agree to:

Once you enquire, our team will share:

  • Availability

  • Delivery timelines

  • Required documentation

b) Documentation Required

For regulatory and legal compliance, buyers may need to submit:

  • GST details

  • Drug License (where required)

  • Business registration proof

  • Purchase order

c) Pricing Policy

Prices may vary due to:

  • Market fluctuations

  • Product availability

  • Taxes and statutory charges

  • Bulk quantity orders

Prices mentioned on calls, emails, catalogues, or online platforms are subject to final confirmation.

d) Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only when:

  • Written confirmation is shared

  • Required documents are submitted

  • Payment terms are agreed

  • Stock is available
    Rah Lifecare reserves the right to accept or reject orders without explanation if legally or commercially necessary.

4.  “Pharmaceutical Supply Payment & Billing Policy”

a) Payment Terms

Payment must be made as per mutually agreed terms:

  • Advance payment

  • Partial advance

  • Full payment

  • Credit terms (only for authorised clients)

Payment must be completed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI

  • Cheque (subject to clearance)

b) Invoices & Taxes

Invoices will include:

  • Product price

  • GST and applicable taxes

  • Delivery charges (if applicable)

  • Other statutory charges

Invoice details will comply with:

  • GST regulations

  • ISO guidelines

  • Indian accounting standards

Delayed payments may attract charges as per company policy.

5.  “Pharmaceutical Delivery & Shipping Terms”

Rah Lifecare ensures timely and safe delivery across India through trusted logistic partners.

a) Delivery Timeline

Timelines vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Location

  • Logistics conditions

  • Regulatory requirements

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions

  • Incorrect address details provided by the buyer

b) Risk & Liability

Once dispatched, the shipment risk transfers to the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Any damages during transit must be reported within 24–48 hours with proof.

6. Warranty, Quality & Compliance Disclaimer

As an ISO Certified company, Rah Lifecare follows high standards and ensures genuine, quality products.

However, Rah Lifecare:

  • Is NOT the manufacturer of the products

  • Is NOT responsible for manufacturer defects

  • Provides warranties only as provided by the manufacturers

The buyer must check:

  • Batch number

  • Manufacturing date

  • Expiry date

  • Storage conditions

  • Packaging integrity upon receipt

Improper storage or mishandling after delivery is not our liability.

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pharmaceutical products are sensitive and regulated; hence returns are restricted.

Returns are accepted only when:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Genuine quality issues (verified through proof)

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product is opened, used, or tampered

  • The expiry date has passed

  • Storage conditions are violated

  • Packaging is damaged by the buyer

  • Documents are incomplete

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
